Payments & Refunds


All payments are processed immediately and automatically at the end of the checkout process, regardless of the availability of the product for shipping. We do not store credit card details, we do not use delayed payment capture, and we do not share financial details with any 3rd parties.


You may cancel an order and request an immediate refund at any time up to the time of shipment, simply reply to your order confirmation email, or send a message via the order status area of our website, or send a message via our contact page of our website (clearly stating the order number). The refund of your order payment will be processed the same day or by the end of the next working day at the latest.


Refunds are processed via our payment provider's automated system which does not require us to view or recall any card details.

In the case of a returned item (see our shipping & returns policy page), we will notify you by email of the status of your refund immediately upon receipt and processing of the returned item.

For card payments, in most cases the refunded amount will be credited to your account or card by your card provider within 3-10 business days, please note this period is outside of our control, even if we apply the refund the same day.

PayPal payment refunds are generally instant with no delay, unless an e-check or bank account payment is somehow involved. Note that PayPal refunds are limited to 60 days by the PayPal system, refunds processed after 60 days would require your bank account details for us to send the payment to.
